Team Development in Norfolk
It was an excellent afternoon which was simultaneously challenging, constructive, fun and unusual. It has provided us with a really good understanding of how we work collectively and a strong platform for which to continue growing as individuals and as a team.
I would strongly recommend MoCo.Joe Faulkner

The Team MOT is a simple and effective way of keeping your team running smoothly. Specific criteria provide the checkpoints for the Team MOT, identifying areas which are working well and those which need some attention to get back on track.
The Team MOT is an active and experiential process during which the team enhance their sense of direction, communication, team-work, flexibility, persistence, reliability, ownership and motivation.
Personalising your Team MOT to focus on your organisational values, is an excellent way to increase understanding, implement good practice and form positive habits.
The Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI) is a powerful and effective tool for understanding the motives and values that drive behaviours. It plays off people’s basic need to understand themselves and others, allowing them to lead with clarity and empathy, build stronger teams, and more effectively navigate conflict.
The SDI is an excellent tool for all levels of an organisation. The critical insights it provides enable leaders and team members to better understand how to influence people who think, behave, and communicate differently.
Thanks again for the very enjoyable day. We will definitely recommend this to others.Kathy Long
