Outdoor Learning
Outdoor learning and development is fast becoming recognised as a tool to engage and inspire individuals and teams in business.

A little nature goes a long way – this blog explores examples of outdoor learning benefiting business; exploring opportunities to develop our own offering through the Green Room on the Norfolk Broads.   A recent article in National Geographic identified that “science is proving what we’ve always known intuitively. Nature does good things to the human brain. It makes us healthier, happier, and smarter.”  Taking this theory and running with it, helps to improve team performance as well as practical leadership skills in business.

From the willow dome, to the wild waterways, to the shy deer and the soaring marsh harriers overhead. Outdoor learning means getting face to face with nature; an effective way of enhancing performance.

Exploring and experiencing new ideas in a creative environment translates neatly into practical actions to carry forward into the workplace.
